People-powered privacy is the future

Borrow a new online identity

Mysterium is powered by a network of everyday people sharing their residential IP address, like the one you have at home. This makes your browsing highly discreet, because you appear like a real-world user. Regular VPNs use datacenter IPs that are routinely flagged or blocked.

Your history is log-proof

When we say “no logs”, you don’t have to take our word for it. Our decentralized infrastructure means there’s nowhere to store data centrally - we're an empty vault. Regular VPNs make shady deals with 3rd party advertisers, secretly selling your logged browsing data.

There was this one tiny issue that no one seemed to know how to resolve in the Telegram group. I went to support and, what do you know, despite it being a total edge case, they found a solution in just a few minutes.

Super easy to set up and use, provides access to a huge range of residential nodes across the globe, and it's all decentralized which is a huge plus vs. some of the other VPNs out there.

Very easy to install and configure. I am a huge fan of decentralized networking and this is your best option to do just that. Keep you data private and free of prying eyes. There is even a very active and helpful Discord community!

Mysterium VPN Exceeds Expectations. Android app works flawlessly. I've been using it on my Android device, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only does it ensure my online privacy, but the connectivity is also top-notch. Whether I'm browsing or streaming, it maintains a strong and stable connection. Highly recommended.

I really like this app because it's interface, while basic, is simple to use, much isn't overcomplicated, and what I seek the best personally "Rare" IP addresses to appear as if I'm there such as Guadelope or Guyana etc. which this app provides on their residential IPs. Love it

Privacy Respecting VPN. Mysterium VPN has crypto payments and that to me is the best feature. It has all the features of an excellent vpn but the payments still stand out. I have been using it for quite some time now and will continue to as long as they keep user privacy at the top of their priority list.

The VPN works quite well, don't have anything really to complain about. It provides Residential IPs, not many other VPNs provide this. That being said, I did experience some minor problems with connections being a bit slower than usual and unstable, but it seems like those issues have been resolved already and everything works with no issues for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a decentralized VPN?
A decentralized VPN (also known as dVPN or dPN) is a VPN that uses a distributed network of nodes instead of centralized servers. This means that a VPN functions on a peer-to-peer basis, with everyday web users running the nodes with their personal devices.
Is dVPN better than VPN?
Yes, since DPN is run by community members rather than traditional VPN, which use centralized servers that store information about a user's browsing history and activities. A compromised server will defeat the purpose of a VPN. With a decentralized VPN, there’s nowhere to store logs centrally.
What is key difference between dVPN and VPN?
The key difference is the fact that a regular VPN uses servers that are owned by VPN providers, which makes them all centralized. A dVPN, on the other hand, uses a distributed network of nodes run by community members instead of servers.
Can you tell if I'm using dVPN?
There is no way to tell if you are using a dVPN since this VPN type is powered by a peer-to-peer network, which is full of residential IP addresses that make you appear like organic users.
